What you'll learn
Learn qigong and stay active with our sport & fitness short courses in Sydney!
Qigong is a centuries-old system of exercises coordinating posture, movement, and breathing, used along with visualisation and other simple meditative techniques, to improve the flow of Qi, the vital life energy within us all. Together with acupuncture, herbs, and massage it is one of the cornerstones of Traditional Chinese Medicine. A modern metaphor is that the body is a battery and its charge can be drained, maintained or restored. Our Qi is the charge in the body, and for many of us, modern life is draining our reserves faster than we can replenish them. Qigong is the way we recharge our batteries. Learn the art of Qigong with this short course in Sydney.
