Qi Gong Course for Beginners

Qi Gong Course for Beginners

What you'll learn

Discover the ancient art of Qi Gong and enhance your well-being with our sport & fitness short courses in Sydney!

Qi Gong is a system of health and longevity that has been practised and refined for centuries by dedicated masters of the art. Together with acupuncture, herbs, and massage it is one of the cornerstones of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

This class provides a supported deep dive into the practice of the Keystone Qi Gong set of Ba Gua Zhang. Ba Gua Zhang is an internal martial art that focuses on awareness, sensitivity, and a relaxed structure to channel effortless power. The Keystone exercises coordinate posture, movement, breathing and intention to instil the fundamental principles of the art into your body and mind.

Through this practice, you will learn how to regulate the flow of Qi (vital life energy), clear long-held blockages, and restore balance to your body's functions. Over time, you will cultivate an intuitive ability to stay calm and centred in the face of life's challenges.

Join us to learn the art of Qi Gong, and establish a practice that can serve you for the rest of your life.
