Karen said: Loved learning how to give a massage safely to someone else, whilst protecting my hands from hurting & maintaining the correct posture, and stance, flowing your hands & arms freely supported by your whole body to add pressure. I came on the course to learn to give massages to family & friends using better techniques. Learned what & where not to massage for their safety & well being, which muscles to focus on with more or a lighter pressure. Excellent hand techniques and a simple 1hr full body routine to follow. Received and also gave 4 massages over the 2 days x 6hrs each. Instructor Jacqueline was clear, easy to understand and demonstrated the techniques in a way that all participants picked up the skills. Look forward to practicing the new massage skills. Thank you
