Scott Durrant is an ex-real estate agent in both residential and commercial sales and has used his experience in this field to help the purchaser rather than the seller (and prefers working this way!).

Since 2003, Scott has been educating the first home-buyer and investor and providing you with the knowledge and confidence to take action. Scott, through his own business, has been involved in over 1000 property transactions through his own business, garnering great expertise for students to learn from.

Scott's classroom is fun and relaxed. He provides practical knowledge that will potentially save students thousands of dollars while giving them the confidence to purchase their first home. It's about helping people become fully aware of the pitfalls and traps involved in the buying and negotiating process. 

Scott puts emphasis on teaching from experience, which allows him to share what happens in real life. There is no textbook teaching here!
