Annette Brien won an award in 1989 for creating a menu, which was included in the Family Circle cookbook, Menus for Outdoor Pleasures.
Teaching Style
Annette enjoys that “fact teaching” is a wonderful way to share her love of food. Her driving ambition is to have students finish her courses with the belief they can cook with confidence. She will also go above and beyond to share additional information and demonstrate with new ingredients during her courses.
