Connie Ricciardone
Connie hails from a rich culinary heritage and has been making pasta since childhood, learning the time-honoured techniques from her beloved Mum and Nonna.
She brings a wealth of knowledge and a touch of familial warmth to every workshop. Her favourite thing to do is cook for family, friends and loved ones - and to make every meal time a special event to be cherished.
Connie instils a deep appreciation for quality ingredients, traditional methods, and the communal joy of crafting and savouring beautiful Italian food. Her intention in her workshops is to inspire passion for pasta and to deliver joy to her students - all with good food. Buon appetito!
