Denise Tsagaris
Denise Tsagaris is a highly experienced trainer and consultant with more than 25 years' experience in teaching Microsoft applications from basic to advanced levels. Denise has delivered training in Microsoft applications to organisations such as the Reserve Bank of Australia, Department of Defence, ANSTO (Australia’s Nuclear Science and Technology Organisation), The Salvation Army, Village Roadshow, legal firms such as MinterEllison Sydney and Philips Fox (now known as DLA Piper), and many other government, corporate and not for profit groups. Denise also writes training materials such as manuals and supporting course exercises, tip sheets, PowerPoint decks and other training resources to support learning. Due to her many years in the workplace using and developing with Microsoft products, Denise can support her learners with real-life examples to help the learning experience. Denise has also delivered Train the Trainer courses on behalf of training organisations and to corporate groups to develop and guide new IT trainers and is passionate about lifelong learning and helping learners achieve their potential. Her qualifications include a Bachelor degree in Adult Education, Microsoft Certification and Certificate IV Workplace Trainer.
