Nicole Evangelidis

Nicole’s passion for sustainability inspired her to launch Seed 2 Soul Workshops with her chef-husband Evan Pemberton in 2013. Since then, they have run workshops about zero waste living, wholefood cookery and sustainability throughout Australia.

Nicole is an experienced educator and has worked with the Stephanie Alexander Kitchen Garden Foundation, Marrin Weejali Aboriginal Corporation, Green Living Centre and The University of Sydney. She has a background in herbal medicine which has complemented her natural dye practice as many medicinal plants are also excellent dyes. Nicole lives in the Blue Mountains bringing a range of Eucalyptus species and native plants into her natural dye classes.
