Refunds Policy

Always choose your course carefully and read the terms and conditions associated with your enrolment.

Should you choose to withdraw your enrolment:

You must provide at least five working days notice prior to the commencement of the first session of the course;
A $50 administration fee may be charged for processing a refund.

Important note: Changes to student’s work commitments or personal circumstances (including misadventure) outside of the above conditions will not be considered as grounds for a refund.

Where you elect to withdraw from a course where the circumstances fall outside the five working days notice outlined above, the College may give consideration (depending on the circumstances) to holding your fee, in credit. No refunds are available. This credit is for the purposes of enrolling in a future course at the College and is subject to the terms and conditions set by the College. See also enrolment credits

Applications for an enrolment credit will only be received in writing. Please email Customer Service.

All credits expire at the 31st of December of the year issued. No refunds are available.
