Throughout the workshop, Bhavna will weave tales of the fascinating history and cultural significance of Indian street food, giving you a deeper understanding of the culinary traditions that have shaped this beloved cuisine.
Not only will you learn how to make everything from scratch - Bhavna will also share insider cooking tips, kitchen tricks, and shortcuts to make preparation easier.
The tantalising menu for this workshop showcases traditional favourites, including:
- Masala Chai - spiced Indian tea, made from scratch
- Dahl Puri - stuffed crispy pooris
- Vada Pav - deep-fried potato dumplings with bread
- Chole - traditional chickpea curry
- Mango OR Strawberry Lassi - a popular yoghurt-based drink
- Two types of Chutneys that enhance any Indian street food dish
With hands-on demonstrations and expert guidance, you'll gain the skills and confidence to whip up a storm in your own kitchen. You'll leave with recipes, as well as techniques you've learned, to impress friends and family with your mouth-watering Indian street food creations!

Please bring the following to class:
- An apron
